As an MSP Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work with the sales department to obtain new SMB clients and help accelerate monthly recurring revenue. We need relationship builders with a strong understanding of IT Support and MSP Sales. You must be highly motivated and take an entrepreneurial approach to growing the relationship and revenue in addition to being a team player.
Our ideal MSP SDR is highly skilled and has a partnership-minded-selling approach.
You’ll be juggling MSP prospect engagements, nurturing and managing a lead flow with a focus on both inbound and outbound prospecting all at the same time – so being organized and having a positive outlook is critically important.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the CEO to identify prospective MSPs.
- Attend events, pitch, and sell our services to earn a follow-up meeting.
- Effectively communicate ITAssurance’s value proposition, capabilities, and benefits to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Juggle multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining organization and a positive outlook.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure customer needs are met.
- Demonstrate integrity and follow through on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development or a similar sales role, preferably in the technology industry: selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft AWS, Azure, and other cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
- Strong communication and the ability to convey the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
- Ability to understand customer needs.
- Experience with CRM software, Monday.com and other sales development tools for managing and tracking customer interactions.
- Experienced in leveraging sales engagement tools such as Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in conducting presentations to potential customers.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
$50,000 – 60,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
